We only accept returns for a credit note. 

Please note for change of mind returns we only offer a credit note. We do not offer exchanges or returns. Please contact us for more information.

If you would like to go ahead with the return we ask that you send the piece/s to the below address, at a cost covered by you.

Once we receive the pieces we will ensure all original tags are still attached and the item is in original condition, and then we will be able to go ahead and process a credit of the item (item only). 

Also in regards to using credit to exchange for an alternative size please understand that we cannot guarantee that that the item you require will be in stock at the time you are issued with credit. 

Finally, we do not provide an Australia Post label for the return as return shipping is payable by the customer. Please ensure that you return the item via a prepaid and traceable Australia Post delivery option. Niu Swim takes no responsibility for missing incoming parcels without proof of delivery.
