Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once dispatched, delivery estimates are as follows:

Australia

• QLD Orders: 1–2 business days from postage

• Standard Shipping (Nationwide): $12 — 2–5 business days

• Express Shipping (Nationwide): $15 — 1–3 business days

Please note: We no longer offer same-day delivery. This was previously available via our old VIC-based 3PL but is no longer applicable.

New Zealand

• Standard (10–14 business days): $12

• Express (7–10 business days): $16

USA

• Standard (10–14 business days): $20

• Express (7–10 business days): $35

UK & Ireland

• Standard (10–14 business days): $25

• Express (7–10 business days): $40

International orders may experience delays due to customs processing. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition (tags attached) within 30 days of the shipping date.

• We do not offer free returns — customers are responsible for return shipping.

• Please retain a copy of your tracked postage receipt.

Niu Swim does not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Product Quality Issues

If you receive the wrong item or your product arrives damaged, please email us at niuswim@outlook.com as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, you’ll be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 10–15 business days for your bank to complete the transaction.
