Processing and Delivery Time

Orders can take between 1-3 days to process after purchase. Once processing is complete customers can expect the below delivery and dispatch windows:


Express Shipping - Victoria only (Next business day) - $12

Standard Shipping - Victoria only (1-2 business days) - $9

Express Shipping - Nationwide (1-2 business days)- $17

Standard Shipping - Nationwide (2-3 business days) - $12

International Express (3-5 business days) - $16

International Standard (5-7 business days) - $12


UK & Ireland

How do I return an item?

We are happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (tags attached and unwashed) within 30 days of the shipping date. Unfortunately, we are not currently offering free returns, customers are solely responsible to pay for the return of items. Please retain a copy of proof of tracked postage purchase.

By Hannah Orval does not offer exchanges. We ask that you return the item for a full refund excluding shipping fees and place a new order for your preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. 

Product Quality Issue

If you receive your product and it is damaged, you’ve received the wrong item, or something seems to be the fault of the manufacturer, please get in touch with us immediately at so that we can help resolve the issue.


Once our QA team has inspected your return, we will inform you via email if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original method of payment. Please note depending on your bank this may take 10 to 15 business working days.
